Dear Ms. Aung San Suu Kyi
I have the great pleasure and honor of extending my sincere congratulations to you on your freedom from house arrest in army-ruled Burma. Your freedom clearly reflects that your people of Burma are confident in your leadership and passion. And also I have no doubt you would resume an influential political role in Burma and successfully respond to your people’s expectation and need.
Once again congratulations on your freedom and hope to work for the peace and prosperity of the country, Burma.
Sincerely yours,
Hwang, Woo-Yea
